i was trying to get a job with an afterschool program working with inner city kids (which i actually am trying to do) and i had an audition of sorts to see how i would work out. i liked the kids but there was a program that i would also have to help run for insects that were half bee/half spider. we called them bees and they made webs all the time. i wasn't sure if i could handle working with them and felt i had been misled.
