i was visiting california and went out by myself for the afternoon because everyone was watching a steelers post-season game. i was in the city (i think we were in l.a.), but found some cliffs and decided to scale them. halfway up i quit and went swimming instead in the water that had collected in the rocks below. i found one pool that was incredibly salty which stung my eyes.

also: jana and jamie (two friends from california) told me that i really should take a personality test to help me decide what career to pursue. josh kauffman-horner had the test, but he wouldn't let me take it, or even talk to me, so we all went swimming instead.
